Our Nurses?

Although often overlooked as an option, many families have greatly valued the significance of hiring a nurse even on a short-term basis like a day or two, and even without a specific clinical “need”. For a nurse’s education and clinical training, they are equipped to detect subtle changes that ensue during an illness or after a hospital stay.

Our nursing team comprise of Registered Nurses (RNs) and License Practical Nurses (LPNs).

A Registered Nurse

A Registered Nurse is a nurse who has graduated from a college’s nursing program or from a school of nursing and has passed a national licensing exam. Our registered nurses assist individuals, families, and groups by assessing their service needs and creating a personalized plan of care to promote health restoration, maintenance, disease prevention and chronic disease management. And supervise LPNs, CNAs, HHAs, PCW, Companions and Homemakers

  • Monitor and treat a patient’s unique responses to health problems,
  • Perform health assessments to identify new symptoms of possibly undiagnosed conditions or complications; report findings to Medical Providers and create care plans to address new findings.
  • Execute medical regimens as prescribed by licensed physicians, dentists, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.

A Licensed Practical Nurse

A Licensed Practical Nurse is a nurse who has graduated from a college’s nursing program or a vocational school and has passed a national licensing exam. Our License Practical Nurses assist individuals, families, and groups through scheduled visits to follow up client’s services and monitoring of assigned CNAs, HHAs, Companions and Homemakers, personnel care workers (PCW).
